These terms cover this website and the appointment connector. They are not a customer services agreement for medical practices.

These terms apply to site visitors and to people who use the connector. By using this site or the connector, you agree to them.
Practices are governed by their separate services agreement and business associate agreement, which control in a conflict.
Doc Assistants is a scheduling and directory tool. Doc Assistants is not a healthcare provider, does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and does not recommend a specialty or a provider.

If this is a medical emergency, call 911. For a mental health crisis, call or text 988. Do not use this service for urgent needs.
You must be 18 or older. You must provide accurate information. You may book only for yourself or for someone you are authorized to book for.
Appointments are subject to the practice's acceptance, referral or prior authorization requirements, and cancellation and no-show policies. The practice may reschedule or decline.
Accepted-plan information is reported by practices and not verified. Showing a plan as accepted is not a guarantee of coverage or cost. Confirm with your insurer and the practice.
Availability and wait information is drawn from practice schedules and may change.
We link to third-party review sites. We do not control or endorse them.
You are responsible for your use of the assistant. It is governed by its provider's terms. We are not responsible for its errors or outputs.
Muse is a product of Meta Platforms, Inc. Doc Assistants is not affiliated with or endorsed by Meta.
No payments are collected through the connector. Practices bill you directly.
Do not scrape the service, run automated bulk booking, use false identities, or interfere with the service.
The site, connector, text, and marks are owned by DocAssistants LLC or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute them except as allowed by these terms or by written permission.
The service is provided as is and as available. We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that listings, availability, or insurance information are complete or current.
To the extent permitted by law, DocAssistants LLC and its people are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the site or connector.
You will defend and indemnify DocAssistants LLC against claims, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the service, your content, or your breach of these terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of Virginia, without regard to conflict of law rules.
Dispute resolution: binding arbitration in Virginia.
We may change these terms. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page will change when we do. If you continue to use the service after a change, the new terms apply.
We may suspend or end access to the site or connector if you breach these terms or if we stop offering the service. Terms that by their nature should survive will survive.
