This page covers the public marketing site. Practice PHI is handled under a BAA after onboarding — not through this form.

Walkthrough inquiries

Name, practice, specialty, EMR, call volume, and similar business details are used to reply to you. Do not send PHI on the contact form. Mail goes to hello@docassistants.com.

Analytics

The site uses Vercel Analytics for aggregate traffic. It is not used to train foundation models on patient records.

Practice data

Once a practice is live, patient data is handled under a signed BAA, with US data residency, and is not used to train foundation models. See Security.
