A name is not a disclosure. “This is Amy” without “automated” presents a system as a receptionist. Hear the first sentence of the call and of the chat.
Can a caller reach a person?
Disclosure without a transfer path is incomplete. Ask what happens when the caller says they want a human.
Is the sentence in config, or only in a prompt?
A prompt can drift. Ask whether a config check refuses a greeting that dropped the word. Ask what command the operator runs.
